Mile 0 Course Registration
Student registers for EECE 597.
Dropping course is not reflected on transcript.

Refer to list project, organized by project supervisor.
Students are invited to approach ECE faculty with new project proposals.
Additional projects may be announced in Graduate courses.

Mile 1 Informal Agreement
Student & perspective Faculty Supervisor agree on a project.
Mile 2 Project Proposal
See Project Registration template.
Student prepares summary of roles, responsibilites & expected outcomes.
Signed by all collaborators & submitted to MEng Program Advisor (MPA)
Dropping course results in "W" on transcript.
Mile 3 Project Completion
Student completes project & prepares report.
Mile 4 Project Evaluation
Student demonstrates results to Faculty Supervisor (& Industry Sponsor).
Student submits documentation to Faculty Supervisor.
Industry Sponsor may be involved in grading.
Mile 5 Project Summary
See Project Registration template.
Student identifies all delivered outcomes & deviations from protocol.
Grade attached and submitted to MPA.
Destination Project Complete
Grade formally recorded by MPA.
