Preparing for CalibrationLet the system warm up for at least 1 hour before calibrating the network analyzer. The DC measurements can be performed during this time. The calibration standards will need to be at ambient room temperature when the measurement calibration is performed. If you are using a fixture, open the fixture calibration kit and place all the devices on top of the foam so they will reach room temperature by the time the system is warmed up. If you are using a probe station, place the probed impedance standard substrate (ISS) on the probe chuck and allow it to reach ambient temperature before use.
