Mextram 504 Model

A new version of the Philips model for vertical bipolar transistor has been developed—Mextram level 504. This model provides a better description than Mextram level 503 for first and high-order derivatives of the characteristics. Special attention was paid to SiGe transistors, and self-heating was included in the description. A complete description of the Mextram 504 model can be found in the following Philips report:
