I may be stupid here, and someone may be getting laugh out of this but,

Why isn't there any CPU requirements on for the CPU write cycle?

there's some for the read but not write. I'm not very confident with the 
timing analysis yet but the reason behind this defies me. Wouldn't the CPU 
need a requirement for length for the ram to get the information??
