2024 Canadian Workshop of Information Theory

2024 CWIT will be held on UBC campus.

We have reserved a block of rooms for on-campus accommodation for attendees. The Gage Premium Single rooms cost $CAN60 (+13% tax), the Gage Signature Studio rooms cost $CAN185 (+13% tax) per night. They can be booked on a first-come first-serve basis. Please see details below.

Besides academic treasures, UBC campus has much to offer for its wonderful location, surrounded by forest on three sides and ocean on the fourth, and is just a 30 minute bus ride to Vancouver's downtown core.

Gage Premium Single

  • Private bedroom with single bed in a four-bedroom shared apartment. Guests share a washroom, lounge with flat- panel TV, breakfast bar and equipped kitchen. Housekeeping services include beds made upon arrival, two towels and soap provided, no towel or linen exchange. Includes complimentary wireless internet.

Rooms 

Gage Signature Studio

  • Premium studio room with queen bed and private washroom with shower (no bathtub). Features include fully- equipped kitchen with appliances, superior bathroom and kitchenette finishes, LCD TV, air conditioning, complimentary wireless internet, coffee and tea. Maximum 2 guests per suite.
