Welcome to heuristic evaluation of IT security tools - User study

Thank you for your participation in this research project. The goal of this research is to study the use of heuristic evaluation method in identifying usability problems of IT security management tools. You will be asked to perform heuristic evaluation using a set of heuristics on an IT security management tool and identify the usability problems and their severity. 

In this part of the study, you should go through the user interface of the identity management system and perform the 4 scenarios presenter here. Please use the list of heuristics to identify usability problems in the identity management system and specify each problem in the provided form.
