You can contact StudentAid BC by phone, fax or mail for information and answers to questions.

If you contact us by phone, an automated voice response system allows you to check the status of your application 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will need your social insurance number and student loan application number to use the system. Program staff are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

Walk-in and drop-box services are no longer available at the StudentAid BC office in Victoria.
