Over Christmas '98 we spent 7 days kayaking off the coast of Baja with our chums, Rich and Jan. We kayaked an island called Espiritu Santo, about 2/3 of the way down off the La Paz coast. We then took of on our own, hired a beetle and spent New Year in the mountains on the southern tip of Baja acting like ageing hippies!.
