Oct, 2020 I will be presenting our work on Parkinson's disease detection from brainstem connectivities in the International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI 2020). The oral discussion session will be in the Brain Development and Atlases session on October 5th.
Aug, 2020 Our paper titled "A Deep Community Based Approach for Large Scale Content Based X-Ray Image Retrieval" was accpeted for publication in the prestigious Medical Image Analysis journal.
Jun, 2020 Our paper titled "Parkinson's Disease Detection from fMRI-derived Brainstem Regional Functional Connectivity Networks" was accpeted for presentation in the upcoming MICCAI conference.
May, 2020 I will be giving a talk in the SBME Virtual Seminar on May 14th, organized by the School of Biomedical Engineering, UBC.
May, 2020 I've joined UBC as a postdoctoral fellow. I'll be working on functional segmentation of crucial brain structures and their association with neurodegenerative diseases.
