Clara "Jeungeun" Song is a Data Scientist with more than 9 years of data analysis and research experience in Canada, China and Korea. She is a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of British Columbia (UBC) since September 2018. She obtained Ph.D degree in School of Computer Science and Technology at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). Before joining HUST, she received B.E. and Master degree at Sookmyung Women's University, Korean. She is proficient in the skills of using a variety of computer software (SPSS and SAS) for data analysis. Her research focuses on Internet of Things, Satellite Communications, Emotion-aware Computing, Healthcare Big Data, Cyber Physical Systems, and Robotics, etc.
