Spectral efficiency is bandwidth efficiency.

I think there is a number for fade/symbol and the symbol period is
given; therefore you can calculate the "fade slope"
in terms of db/s

and IS-54, I believe we haven't discussed those standards in the class.

I think the question is only asking the difference among the systems, so
you don't really need to know the specifics for those systems.

reference other than the class handouts.
