I am having some problems with question 1 part b. Since the "CS*" signal is 
1 bit only, how can we represent the "CS*"(cs0h*, cs0l*......) signals for 
all the memory chips? Are
we suppose to write the "CS*" signal including the decoder? Thanx in advance 
for any help.
