Inserting Rows or Columns
To insert one or more rows or columns:

Select the row or column before which you wish to insert one or more rows or columns. |

Choose Edit > Insert to display the Insert dialog box. |

Select Row or Column to define what is to be inserted. |

Enter the number of rows or columns to be inserted. |

Click OK to insert the specified number of rows or columns. |
- Click Apply instead of OK to repeat the process and insert rows or columns at more than one location.
