            Call for Volunteers - IEEE/ICIP 2000

Hi, all.

We're looking for volunteers to help at IEEE/ICIP 2000, the IEEE
International Conference on Image Processing, to be held in Vancouver
(at the Vancouver Convention Centre at Canada Place) from 11-13
September 2000.  (About two weeks from now.)

If you volunteer for *just one* day, IEEE/ICIP will show its
appreciation by offering you a free copy of the Conference Proceedings
(on CDROM) and the opportunity to attend *all* conference sessions free
of charge.  Or, you can elect to participate in the harbour cruise on
Monday evening or the banquet on Tuesday evening instead.

conference.  Volunteers are needed:

* on Sat, 9 Sep 2000 and Sun 10 Sep 2000

  to welcome conference attendees at the airport

* from Mon, 11 Sep 2000 through Wed, 13 Sep 2000

  to attend conference sessions and assist the session chair 
  in case of problems

If you're interested in helping out, please let me know IMMEDIATELY so
that I can add your name to the list.
