WINMAN project: This project was cofunded by the european community as part of the IST program. The partners of the WINMAN consortium are: Lucent Technologies Netherlands, Ellemedia Technologies Ltda., Telefonica I+D, Portugal Telecom Inovac¸ao, Hellenic Telecommunications Organization (OTE) SA, OTE Consulting, National Technical University of Athens, University College of London, Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya and Team Telecom International (TTI).
