Christmas dinner - the rangers had brought in a lamb which they roasted over an open fire outside the hut. The dinner was somewhat chaotic - the hut holds about 15 people but there must have been about 40 there that eve, and since the cooks outside tried to keep warm by drinking wine, we didn't get to eat until after midnight - but it was worth the wait!
