Birthday boy - celebrating the dreaded 40th in a small town on the Chile/Argentina border. The looming 40th was part of the reason for quitting the Silicon Valley job and travelling - so I was determined to enjoy it. Doris helped out by finding a 'German style' baker in town - a legacy of the German immigration in the 1860's - and getting a slice of Schwarzwaelder Kirsch Torte - joy!
