This is an interesting decal, I think it's a fake but I have not been
able to find many serious flaws in the artwork (letter shapes, etc.)
to substantiate this fact.  I do have a xerox scan of an original
decal that I will upload to the archive shortly, the original decal
came from within a vintage tubeset and was still packaged in a sealed
plastic baggie so I'm certain it was original.

Artwork checks :

S squared off vertically - yes
T,S,Y aligned on lower right - yes
R,LH,T aligned vertically upper left - yes
E has all 3 glyphs same length on top row - yes

This decal seems to be cut vinyl in two layers.  The base layer is a
light blue color, for the '531', over-printed in black.  The 2nd layer
is a gold color, over printed in black.

You can very clearly see the raised areas wherever the gold writing
appears on this decal, and you can see black borders around the gold
writing in most places on the decal.
