Hi Greg,

The ground should be connected to Pin 10, not 11. The PLD has been
configured such that certain pins have some specific functions. If you look
at the data sheet for the device, Pin 1 has to be the clock, Pin 10 has to
be the ground, etc.

Does anyone know why pin 11 of the Lattice GAL16V8 has to be connected to
the ground so the combination lock will work? Does it have something to do
with the part PAL type being GAL16V8D instead of GAL16V8A?
