Subject: Lab #2

Hey Gang, Trav & I started working on Lab #2 today but didn't get very far. We started by trying to figure out how to get something to display on the "Lab Computer" like the letter 'A' (given as an example in the lab). But instead of displaying the letter on the 8 digit display the 8 lights below the display lit up in such a fashion that they represented the letter 'A' (#65 in ASCII) in hexadecimal code. i.e. the lights were either on or off for each of the 1's and 0's in hexadecimal code. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?? Any help is welcome, because as it stand right now Trav and I are going to be trying to figure out our student numbers in hexadecimal?! Cheers, Brent
