IP is not a segment register, it holds the offset portion of the
address of the next instruction to be executed.  CS is the
segment register that holds the segment part of the address.

But the assignment asks you to print the values that *would be*
loaded into CS and IP during an interrupt acknowledge cycle, not
the values currently in CS and IP.
