Can you let > me know what is possibly wrong? There's something wrong with your license file or you haven't told MaxPlusII where it is. Here's some hints: - re-read the instructions on the Altera web site. Look at the pages listed in: http://casas.ece.ubc.ca/hypermail/eece379/0003.html - check your disk volume serial number (are you sure you used the right one?) and get a new license file - install the new license file and try again - if that doesn't work, uninstall the software and re-install the software and the license file - if that doesn't work, use the software on the department's PC network (or, it it's not available yet, on a Sun Solaris workstation: http://casas.ece.ubc.ca/379/altera.on.sun.html ). -- Ed Casas edc@ece.ubc.ca http://casas.ece.ubc.ca +1 604 822-2592
