Download instructions are at:

The software itself is at:

	http://www.altera.com/patches/student923.exe
	http://www.altera.com/patches/student923_vhd.exe

After you install the software go to:

	http://www.altera.com/maxplus2-student/index.html

and apply for a license.dat file which is specific to the hard
disk on which you've installed the software.  The license file
will be e-mailed to you.
