Pre-Lab

Marks were assigned for:

- for -6dBm at 600ohms, amplitude is ~ 0.5V

- phase increments per sample: 2*pi* (1180 or 980)/9600
  radians/sample = 0.772 and 0.641 radians/sample

- 32 samples/bit

- code w/ an FSK algorithm (correct or not)
