Welcome to the home page for my thesis home page. Take a look at What's New in our web.

Many researchers are trying to find and developing different ways to measure current flow through a sub-circuit within a semiconductor device. There are been many proposals to measure current flow within a microchip, but most methods introduce a device that interacts or disturbs the device under test.  This project will attempt to find a solution that would measure the current flow, but it would be transparent to the device under test and the surrounding circuitry.

What's New

The following is a list of recent additions to our web. Whenever we publish a paper, write a specification, submit a status report, or add anything else to our web, we'll put a notice here. Every month we'll remove the oldest items. The most recent changes are listed first, and each item is linked to the page with the updated content.
