

Welcome! The Takahata Lab studies micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), micro sensors & actuators, bioMEMS, wireless microdevices, micro/nanomanufacturing, microplasma control & application and more in the microsystems and nanotechnology areas.
We focus on novel fabrication methods and materials to realize innovative technologies and products in broad application fields, including biomedical and healthcare, energy, environmental, communication, automotive, and manufacturing.
