South Asia Trip (Sept - Dec 2002) Bangalore & Mysore |

| I was in Bangalore for 3 days and stayed with my cousin's in-laws from November 28th to Dec 1st. I took a day trip organized tour to Mysore as well. Bangalore is very westernized and I almost felt at home there. There is a huge high-tech industry there so majority of people are well educated and living the capitalist lifestyle. Spent time with my hosts and their kids sight seeing in Bangalore, shopping, eating, went to cinema to see "The Guru" etc. | ||

Walked around the city one day exploring the major sights and commercial areas |
Stayed with my cousin's in-laws while in Bangalore and they took me out and entertained me; Aarvind Bhai, Meenu Didi and their two kids Arjun and Arushi |
Took an organized day trip on a tourist bus (with other Indians) to Mysore, which is 2 hour drive from Bangalore |
