I am a master of engineering student at UBC. I took various courses associated with wireless communication systems which some important of those are mobile communications network, wireless communication systems, antenna propagation, detection and estimation of signals in noise.

MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering • May 2014 - May 2015
University of British Columbia
5G mmWave project • JANUARY 2015 - Present
Evaluating the channel behaviour while using new equipment with high frequency (30 GHz). Basically, in order to conduct the experiment, we use two ports of VNA to compare TX and RX signal to obtain the associated scattering parameter (S21). The goal is to examine the effects of obstacles such as wall, whiteboard, etc., on received power.
RF measurement assistant • SEPTEMBER 2014 - JANUARY 2015
Installed TX antenna on rooftop of buildings and measured received power to analyze the behaviour of the radio channel via sounder. A portable RX was used to measure the strength of signal with respect to different locations.
Telecommunication Specialist • SEPTEMBER 2013 - MARCH 2014
Installed and tested ADSL equipment based on the released documents by engineering group.
Human beings are living to learn some skills related to their lives and deploy them to represent their theoretical knowledge as a simple way. In wireless communication, the range of the software used to simulate the system is vast. However, researchers prefer to use minority of available software such as Matlab, LTE simulator and so on. Some of my specific skills can be demonstrated as follows:
