background
Kelvin is a master student in the Department of Electrical and
Computer Engineering at the University
of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. He finished his
bachelor in the
Engineering Physics program at the University of British
Columbia in 2006. He has worked under the Condensed Matter Physics and
Devices group of the Low Temperature Physics Group at the University of Twente under the supervison of Dr. Hans Hilgenkamp
to perform research in superconducting electronics. Under the
supervision of Dr.
José R. Martí, he is currently developing a method to
estimate the voltage stability
condition of a system by local measurements.
