newsgroup you must use the EE news server. Typically you must
define the environment variable NNTPSERVER before staring your
Web browser. For example, with csh do:
setenv NNTPSERVER news.ece.ubc.ca
Also note that you can only connect to the EE NNTP server from an EE host.
