    superficial (1) or no (0) details for each section.

- Project Scope (2)

  - includes most (2), some (1) or none (0) of the required sections
    (purpose, description, desired results, exclusions, etc).

- WBS (2)

  - arranged hierarchically
  - appropriate level of detail

- Risk Analysis (3)

  - a reasonable number of likely risks
  - impact and probability for each one
  - mitigation strategy for high-score risks

Gantt Chart (2)

  - includes dependencies (predecessors)
  - reasonable durations & end date

Achievement 

  - based on marking scheme agreed to for each project

Final Report (4)

  - detailed enough for another student to easily duplicate the
    project (2)

  - demonstrates good understanding of project's technical
    aspects (e.g. no factual mistakes) (2)
