Marking of Assignment 4
Question 3 was marked out of 10. One mark was assigned for
correctly identifying the following:
- t41 - guaranteed timing response
- t51 - guaranteed timing response
- t47 - timing requirement
for 3 marks. The type of the specification was not marked.
One mark was assigned for correctly computing the required value,
the expression for the guaranteed value, the guaranteed value and
the margin for the following requirements:
- t47 for a RAM read cycle
- t47, t48 and t50 for a flash read cycle
- tCW1, tWP and tDH for a RAM write cycle
for a 7 marks. Partial marks were assigned if part of the answer
was wrong.
