Only Question 1 was marked. Marks were assigned as follows:
- 0.5 mark for listing each of the 13 timing requirements (6.5 marks)
- -0.5 mark for each guaranteed response incorrectly listed
as a requirement
- 0.5 marks for each of the 3 RAM and 3 Flash read cycle timing analysis
expressions (3 marks)
- 0.5 marks for each of the 3 RAM and 3 Flash read cycle timing analysis
margins (3 marks)
The CPU write cycle timing analysis was not marked.
